Hefce scheme encourages businesses to co-fund students Higher EducationGuardian.co.uk The Higher Education Funding Council for England (Hefce) announced today it will establish an "employer engagement fund" with up to £105m over the next three years to push forward the government's policy of getting businesses to co-fund students.
